About AHDÜM
AHDUM is being built as an education-resilience enterprise. It translates field-tested continuity work into CRUI, a practical pathway for readiness evidence, improvement planning, and leadership decision support.
Origin
AHDÜM grew out of three years of teaching and learning continuity practice in conditions of severe disruption and weak connectivity. That experience produced practical tools, working methods, and a clearer understanding of what universities need when normal systems break down.
Purpose
To help higher education institutions strengthen continuity, governance readiness, evidence systems, and improvement planning.
Direction
A pilot-first model. Evidence-led. Institution-centred. Serious in practice.
Founder
Founder, AHDÜM | Developer of CRUI
Hussein AlAhmad is a scholar-practitioner in strategic communication, mediatized education, and education resilience. He founded AHDÜM to translate field-tested crisis education into measurable institutional tools for universities and education systems.
His work develops education resilience as a practical institutional capacity: sustaining learning, protecting knowledge integrity, strengthening governance readiness, and supporting human-capital continuity under disruption.
Through CRUI, the Crisis-Ready University Index, AlAhmad turns this work into a structured readiness pathway: evidence review, leadership-facing reporting, and improvement roadmaps for institutions seeking to prove and strengthen their capacity to continue under rupture.
