Privacy Notice

AHDÜM Education Resilience respects privacy and treats institutional inquiries with care. This website is designed for initial institutional communication only. It does not request confidential documents, student data, sensitive institutional records, financial information, or private assessment materials at the first contact stage.

Who operates this website

This website is operated for AHDÜM Education Resilience for the purpose of presenting AHDÜM, CRUI, and the CRUI Pilot pathway, and for receiving institutional inquiries. Data protection requests may be sent to privacy@ahdum.org.

What information we collect

When a visitor submits the contact form, AHDÜM may collect: name, institution, role, country, email address, website, area of interest, preferred meeting window, and short message. The website may also collect limited technical information necessary for site operation, security, form delivery, and basic website analytics.

How we use the information

AHDÜM uses inquiry information to respond to messages, arrange introductory meetings, assess possible fit for a CRUI Pilot, maintain institutional communication records, improve website clarity, and support appropriate follow-up with universities, councils, ministries, and institutional partners.

What we do not request at this stage

No confidential documents are required for an initial inquiry. Visitors should not submit confidential institutional files, student data, internal crisis records, private assessment materials, or sensitive personal information through the public contact form.

Sharing and service providers

AHDÜM does not sell personal data. Limited information may be processed through trusted service providers that support website hosting, form delivery, email communication, analytics, security, or operational administration. These providers may process information only for the purposes of operating and improving the website and communication process.

Retention

Inquiry information is retained only as long as necessary for institutional communication, pilot-fit assessment, operational records, or legal and administrative purposes. A person may request deletion or correction of their information by contacting privacy@ahdum.org.

International processing

Because website hosting, form delivery, email, and analytics services may involve international providers, inquiry information may be processed outside the visitor’s country where necessary for website and communication operation.

Your rights

Visitors may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or withdrawal of consent where applicable. Requests may be sent to privacy@ahdum.org.
